Guests frequently highlight the hotel's central location, making it easy to walk to many Boston attractions. The spacious and clean rooms are another plus, often described as quiet and comfortable. While some guests have mentioned issues such as the lack of drawers for personal belongings in the room, others appreciate the modern feel and on-site restaurant. For some, the ice coffee at the bar in the morning is a welcomed convenience.

central locationpolite staffsparkling watertemperature setting
The location was central! the staff were polite and quick. i found a cvs vending machine offering convenient access to travel essentials. I also liked the flavored sparkling water stations.
The ac system seemed to operate on a building-wide setting, difficult to adjust the room temperature individually. This affected my stay negatively.

Excellent Stay with Great Location

helpful staffcity viewclean roomexpensive water
I enjoyed the short walk to Chinatown. Staff were helpful and informative . I communicated via email to confirm a city view room. Housekeeping kept the room super clean each day I stayed. Breakfast at Avenue One impressed me with its options. Front desk agents accommodated my requests promptly.
I found that a small bottle of water in the room cost four dollars, and none were complimentary. This felt expensive, considering the room rate I paid. The hotel could offer complimentary water.
Dining

Avenue One features an extensive breakfast buffet with many choices I noticed. The restaurant has large windows offering city views during breakfast. The staff is attentive and keeps the buffet well-stocked throughout the morning service.
